Price List

Boarding (over night stay) £40 (extra £23 per night for a second dog).
Day care £29.50 (extra £12.50 per day for a second dog).
House sitting £38 (extra £21 per night per dog, for other pets please get in contact).
Drop in 30 mins £12, each additional 30 mins £7.50.
Walk (minimum 1hr of walking, does not include travel time) £19.50 (extra dog +£7, extra 30 mins +£5, extra 60 mins +£9.50).

Pick up/drop of within a 2 mile radius £free.
Pick up/drop of between 2 mile and 5 miles £5.
Pick up/drop of between 5 mile and 10 miles £10.
Pick up/drop off between 10 miles and 15 miles £16.

25% of payment is required to secure booking with the remainder paid four weeks before.

If you have any special requests for example; hill runs, four walks a day, training in a dog park or anything else please either email or phone and I can put together a bespoke package for your dog.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that unexpected things happen however I also need to be able to fill slots when a client cancels. Therefore, I require at least three days notice to cancellation. If you cancel outside of the three days then a 100% refund will be given, this can be a direct refund, or it can be held for a future booking. I am, of course, flexible and this will be treated on a case-by-case basis, some things are unavoidable. If the booking is cancelled within two days the a 50% refund will be given, and if the booking is cancelled a day before no refund will be given. Please read our terms and conditions, by booking with us you are showing that you have read them, understand them, and agree with them.

What do I Require From You?

All information I collect will be held under the strict guidelines laid out in the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR legislation. I used to manage these guidelines for an entire military unit so I know exactly how to stick to policy and the law. You will only have to provide this information once and then just update me if anything changes. I will keep a hard copy (as per P&K council guidelines) which will be kept in a safe, and an electronic copy in a secure vault on a very secure laptop that only I have access to. You can request a copy of this information at any time, but I have to keep the information for two years as per P&K Council policy. You can be assured that your information is for my records only and wont be used for any other purpose.

Written permission to let the dog off the lead (only if you want this)

Written permission to take your dog to an emergency vet

Your contact details (phone No, email, address)

Emergency contact details (this needs to be someone that could pick up the dog in the very unlikely event the stay has to be cut short)

Full vaccination record which must include Kennel Cough (a scan or picture is fine). They must be vaccinated against Canine Hepatitis, Canine adenovirus), Leptospirosis (L. Canicol and L. Lcterohaemorrhagiae and Canine Parvovirus, and other relevant diseases. This ensures health and safety for all dogs.

Written assurance that your dog has been wormed and treated for fleas and giardia.

Dogs must have a collar with owners phone number at a minimum. I have my own barklife tags that I will attach to your dogs collar while they are with me so I am called should they escape and I can get them back. (This is very unlikely, but I cover all bases)

All the food, treats, toys, and a bed or blanket for the dog to ensure they feel more at home. I can provide a bed which is washed after every dog visit if needed.
